Here for you between sessions too.

Here, you'll find grounding exercises, journaling prompts, emotional regulation tools, and psychoeducational resources to support you in understanding yourself and navigating everyday challenges with greater awareness and ease.

These tools are intended as supplements to your therapy journey — not replacements. Use what feels helpful, and leave what doesn't.

Tools for everyday wellbeing

Grounding Exercises

When you're feeling overwhelmed or disconnected, grounding exercises help anchor you back to the present moment. These include sensory practices, breathwork, and body-based techniques that can be done anywhere, anytime.

Journaling Prompts

Writing can help you process what's inside, make sense of your experiences, and build self-awareness over time. These prompts are designed to gently invite reflection without putting pressure on what you "should" feel.
